This is usually caused by a conflict between our courses and a learning management system (LMS). Some systems open courses in a “frame,” that is, the course opens within the LMS. Both systems are looking at your login credentials, which causes a conflict.
Solution: Open the course in a new window, outside of your LMS.

The NYNJ PHTC offers several types of continuing education credits including CMEs, CEUs and CHES credits for those who successfully complete its programs. Asynchronous refers to an event that is not tied to any specific time. In terms of e-learning, an asynchronous training is one in which the learners can access and interact with the materials (and instructor, if applicable) at their convenience. Our web-based trainings are accessible anytime and do not require any synchronous (real-time) interactivity.
