Continuing Education Credits

One credit hour can be earned for every two modules in "The Messenger Chronicles" (not including the "Intro"). Each module contains a short evaluation that, when filled out, will trigger completion of that module. When you have completed 2 modules (conversations), you will see a link to apply for continuing education credits. Another short evaluation will be required to complete the process.

1 Category I CECH in health education.

This activity is sponsored by the School of Public Health, University at Albany, SUNY, a designated provider of continuing education contact hours (CECH) in health education by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. This program is designated for the CHES to receive 1 Category I CECH in health education.

1 hours in Category One Continuing Medical Education credit towards the AMA/PRA Physician's Recognition Award.

The School of Public Health, University at Albany, SUNY, is accredited by the Medical Society of the State of New York to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. The School designates this program for 1 hour in Category One credit towards the AMA/PRA Physician's Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
